Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, & Fit Guarantee
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a Store Credit that never expires. Due to our made-to-order model, we are unable to issue cash refunds to original forms of payment for any reason, including, but not limited to event cancellations.
All custom-fit and custom-made items are backed by our Fit Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the fit of your garment, you can exchange it for a complimentary remake or alterations of the same item.
Items over $1,000 are not eligible for Store Credit but is still backed by our Fit Guarantee.
Sample Sale items are not eligible for returns. Sample Sale items are sold as-is and are NOT backed by our Fit Guarantee. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size according to our Size Chart when shopping our Sample Sale Collection.
We do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
All returns must meet the requirements below:
Submit a request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST, including the details of your order in the message.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in brand new condition. No damage or signs of wear, Dog or Cat hair, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume, cigarette odor etc.
Merchandise must have all tags attached, including packaging or it will not be accepted.
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
• In order to process a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. We are unable to process any exchanges after 3 days of delivery. No exceptions.
We do not provide return labels. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items not received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive your return (not including weekends and holidays) for your Store Credit to be issued. Once your return is processed, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of an e-Gift Card, which does not expire. Please only inquire about the status if more than 3 business days have passed.
We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will replace it with the same item in the same size. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
