Refund & Return Policy
At Nerecina Couture, each garment is handcrafted with intention and care. Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellations, changes of mind, or incorrect sizing on ready-to-ship and Sample Sale items.
Custom Orders & Fit Guarantee
All custom-fit and custom-made garments are backed by our Fit Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with the fit of your custom item, we offer one complimentary remake or alteration of the same design.
To qualify for this Fit Guarantee:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your garment.

The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

You must provide photos and/or measurements to help us understand the fit issue.
Please note that changes in design, fabric, or color are not eligible under this guarantee.
Sample Sale Items
All Sample Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or alterations. These items are sold as-is and are not covered by our Fit Guarantee. We strongly recommend consulting our Size Chart and reaching out with any sizing questions before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before checking out. This policy applies to both custom orders and ready-to-ship items.
Defective or Damaged Items
All garments undergo a thorough inspection before leaving our studio. In the rare event you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@nerecina.com. We will offer a replacement of the same item in the same size, subject to availability.
Please note:

We do not replace items damaged due to wear and tear, improper care, or alterations made by third parties.
