Our Made-to-Order Process

At our Nerecina, we take pride in our unique "Made-to-order" model, setting us apart from most other brands. This approach allows us to offer customized garments, embrace a fair trade ethos, and minimize our carbon footprint. When you purchase an item from us, we handcraft it specifically for you in our Los Angeles Studio. Each product listing includes the estimated turnaround time, so please read the listings carefully and take note of the shipping times mentioned below.

Our goal is to move away from the fast-fashion industry and embrace the slow fashion movement. This means that our in-house team will personally create your item with utmost care and attention to detail.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

Step 1: Place your order. If necessary, we may contact you to obtain your virtual measurements using our partner app. Once we have your measurements, we will process your order and schedule it for production.
Step 2: Based on your size and/or measurements, we create or select a pattern for your garment.
Step 3: We carefully check your fabric and materials before cutting them to match your chosen style and size.
Step 4: Your cut fabric is then assigned to one of our skilled artisans, who will skillfully sew your garment.
Step 5: The final touches, including trims and labels, are added to your sewn garment.
Step 6: Your garment undergoes a comprehensive quality check to ensure it meets our standards.
Step 7: Once your garment passes the quality check, it is meticulously packaged and prepared for dispatch from our Los Angeles Studio. The production time depends on the specific item, so please refer to the product description for the estimated turnaround time.
Step 8: You will receive a shipping confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing your UPS, USPS, or DHL tracking number.

All orders are charged in US Dollars.

USA - Free Shipping
Shipping Method: UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail
Delivery Time: 3-10 business days

International Orders - $50.00
Shipping Method: UPS, USPS, or DHL
Delivery Time: 10-14 business days

Once your "made-to-order" item is completed, we will send a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of dispatch.

TRACKING SERVICES

Once you receive your shipping confirmation, you can track your order online using USPS or DHL tracking services.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

Please note that Nerecina is not responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country of residence. These fees are enforced by your government, and if you refuse to accept the shipment, you will still be charged. Before making a purchase, we urge you to be aware of your country's tax and import regulations.

Additional charges, such as sales tax, clearance fees, and customs duties, may apply based on your country's import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import regulations before placing an order. It's important to note that customs procedures may cause delays, and any issues arising from these procedures must be resolved by the recipient. Please understand that Nerecina has no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, duties, customs charges, and handling fees in the event

 of refusing a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GOES MISSING?

Once you purchase items from our website, a shipment contract is established. Once UPS, USPS, or DHL picks up your items, the responsibility for the purchased items passes to you, the customer. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. If you wish to upgrade your service or add insurance for peace of mind, please contact us at hello@nerecina.com before placing your order, and our team will assist you accordingly.

*Please ensure that you provide the correct address with your initial order, including the building name and unit number, if applicable. If you mistakenly provide the wrong address, please contact hello@nerecina.com immediately to amend it before the order is dispatched. Once your order has been sent, Nerecina cannot be held accountable for any orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
